That is interesting...I believe they ship in cases of 4, so they must be referring to some sort of purchase limit. I hadn't heard that.

The CS guy at Target was saying there is a 4/16 date in their computer, so it's not coming from the box I guess. I felt like asking why some arbitrary day two weeks from now made more sense than selling them the week the DVD comes out, but I didn't have the energy.

I wouldn't mind waiting except that I wanted to use one of those coupons that expire Saturday.

Two people had said the store only had one in stock, so maybe the other 3 were already purchased. I've seen pics of people buying up all 4 from the case as well.

There's also a huge difference between a hard distributor set street date and a Target planogram set date. These are not hard street dated and that's just Target employees being annoying

If it might entice, I might take the stand off you... I still haven't found one so I'm trying to see if this would be a good way to display figures.

I'm tempted to dump the Vader I have too and just keep the stand if there are others interested.  I know the new Vader is supposed to be new (and better?), but I'm trying really hard to skip all minor variations as these things take up a lot more room than a 3.75" figure.

Thanks for posting this.  I think I have the lighter eyes version.  Any idea which came first?  I typically try to get the earlier version if I can since there's a better chance of finding the second one later on.
