Has anyone used a digital copy of TFA or R1 on  Amazon Fire, or Chromecast? I am presuming Disney will do a collector's version of Rogue One so I am holding out until this fall.
I would like to find a cheap digital copy provided that I can watch it on wither Amazon Fire or Chromecast.

Does anyone have any knowledge if this is possible? I do have the "big" Amazon Fire with the built in drive if that helps.

I have my digital Rogue One and TFA copies linked to my Disney Movie Rewards account so they can be shared into my Amazon Prime account (and my iTunes account).

My 5th graders use the Amazon Video app all the time to watch those movies on their Kindle Fire tablets. ->https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201540510

Ok, now to see if I am as smarter, or smarter than a fifth grader.

Is it a problem if I gave away my TFA Disney rewards points to a friend? Am I still connected with just the digital code?

Thanks Jeff!

I should have said Disney Movies Anywhere (DMA), not Disney Movie Rewards. :-[

10. If I purchased a Disney Movies Anywhere eligible movie on another participating partner service, can I watch it on Amazon Video?

Yes, within a few short steps you’ll be able to watch your previously purchased Disney Movies Anywhere eligible titles on Amazon Video even if you originally purchased them from another participating partner’s retail store. First, you’ll want connect your Amazon Video account to your Disney Movies Anywhere account by visiting https://www.amazon.com/DMA and clicking the Connect Accounts button and following the prompts. Once your Amazon Video and Disney Movies Anywhere accounts are linked you’ll want to link other participating partner accounts, which you previously purchased Disney Movies Anywhere eligible titles from, by visiting https://www.disneymoviesanywhere.com to connect your accounts from additional participating services. Once you’ve connected your account(s) from additional participating service(s) to Disney Movies Anywhere, you can watch your previously purchased Disney Movies Anywhere eligible movies on Amazon Video via ‘Your Video Library.’

I usually put all my Disney/StarWars/Marvel digital copies in DMA, which I can then link to Amazin Video and iTunes so kids can watch on their Fire tablets (or PS4, which has Amazon Video app) and I can watch on my iPad/Laptop when I'm travelling for work.  I think we have our Ultraviolet (DC/WB digital movies) linked up in this too...  pretty slick way to get them all available on any device I want.
