2017 Droid Factory TLJ BB-unit 4-Pack

First saw this on a site yesterday and popping up on eBay today. Disney merchandise line would not sell it over the phone and not on the app yet. I really want one though!

I suppose it was only a matter of time before we got 9 million BB droids...  Looking at those four, none of them have the charm or visual interest that BB-8 does.

The lower right corner of the packaging implies that they all are.

Too bad this kind of stuff isn't at retail. This is the kind of thing I go nuts for. Guess I'll get it on the app when they hit, whenever Disney gives us a break.

Now I know why I got a sly smirk from the Disney Parks Merchandise team when I asked them about repaints of the build-a-droid BB-8 sculpt now that they had one.

Never thought we'd get two additional droids, I thought we'd be limited to just BB-9E and a version of BB-8 cast in translucent blue to be a "hologram" version like they did with R2 a few years back.

I think this 4-pack and the 4 WalMart TBS 3.75" figures are the items I'm most excited about getting this Fall.

Glad I didn't pick up that single carded BB-8 now.

Definitely going to buy this... sounds like BB-9E (whose on-set name was BB-H8  ) is going to be fun...  between BBs and porgs, should be fun reading everyone hating on the cute factor of The Last Jedi!

Do we know how much this one costs at the store?  Seems like they can be had for about $45 shipped on eBay and I'm trying to decide if that's a good way to go or if it's worth it to wait a little longer.

I don't with 100% certainty, but the past 4-packs have been $29.99 plus tax - I don't see why this one would be any different.

These are the same four droids Bandai is releasing in special packs in their SH Figuarts line, so I assume they'll play prominent roles in the movie. Just need to find a way to get my hands on this set!

Just grabbed one on eBay for $38.99.  I figure that's only a dollar or two more than I usually pay if they're $30 on the app.  Seemed worth it to be done.

Received mine today via eBay. The interiors are all different which is nice.

That's interesting IS...  I wasn't real familiar with the sculpt they did, but I like the idea it self balances or whatever it is they did.  I didn't realize they even had interiors.

I got mine last night too.  What do you mean they have different interiors?  You can pop them open?
