Jedi Council Members

Do we have a list of all 12 Council members during AOTC? ROTS? Who did Anakin replace? Were there empty seats during Ep III because of the Jedi being spread thin across the galaxy and/or dwindling in number?

Between what we know from the movie and what I find in the ROTS Visual Dictionary, the definites during ROTS are:

Mace
Mundi
Obi-Wan
Anakin
Kolar
Tiin
One of Pablo-Jill's species

I take it Fisto and Koon were also members? What about Ti, Unduli, Secura and Allie?

I had to do some hunting because I've never been able to keep this straight either.  According to Wikipedia, these were the members of the Jedi Council:

In the events between the The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones, Yarael Poof had sacrificed himself to save Coruscant from the Annoo-Dat terrorist General Ashaar Khorda, and Yaddle had died saving the population of Mawan from a dihexalon gas weapon launched by Sith cultist Granta Omega.

The Clone Wars (22-19 BBY) were a terrible time for the galaxy and the Jedi in particular, as several of their greatest were killed over the course of those three bloody years. Coleman Trebor was killed by Jango Fett during the Battle of Geonosis, and Eeth Koth perished when his gunship was shot down during withdrawal from that world. Depa Billaba fell to the dark side on Haruun Kal, and Oppo Rancisis was murdered on the planet Saleucami by the Dark Jedi Sora Bulq. Towards the end of the war, Adi Gallia was killed by the fearsome Separatist commander General Grievous. Even Piell's fate currently remains unknown.

I'm kinda bummed about Poof.  I dug him.  nice figure for his Council figure too...  Same with Oppo getting a kick-ass figure.

i dug poof too. my dumb dog chewed up my poof fig so ill just get it again with the tsc version  oppo kicked ass but the extra arms were supposed to be on yarael and its a little hard getting him back on his chair
