No Unboxing Con thread and I'm not exactly sure what wave he's coming in, so just sticking this here for now...

I honestly had zero clue what Unboxing Con was till today.

That's a sharp looking figure though.

I was pretty unaware of Unboxing Con, too.  But then I remember Hasbro saying that they were looking towards some unveils and exclusives that they were going to offer up to international events.

This is an excellent take on Mudtrooper Han Solo.  The paint is looking very much like a prototype, though.  Granted, Hasbro is using the new paint app technology.  But will a production version look this good?

I really wish they had included a photo of him wearing the full mask, goggles, and breather. I'm still skeptical on the generic army building aspect of this. But Steve Evans replied directly to me on Instagram when I asked if the goggles were sculpted  on or movable, and he confirmed they were movable. So fingers crossed.

Did they say if this was going to be part of the normal line or an exclusive?

I like the color change facial markings.  Hasbro hasn't done something like this in the Star Wars line for quite some time, but I certainly appreciate that level of attention to detail.

I guess it's a rumor no more:  Padme Amidala (Geonosis) was revealed by Hasbro at MCM Comic Con in the UK.

Are there any good photos of the Battle Droid revealed over the weekend? I keep hearing something about customizable badge rankings or something but can't seem to nail down the details. TIA

I saw the official photos on the Hasbro Pulse IG account.  And I also heard about the interchangeable shoulders.  That was genuinely surprising, and I'd like to see some more reporting or images about that.  Because it might spur some army building with people who want squads of basic clankers, security battle droids or pilot battle droids.

I believe Fantha Tracks has some panel coverage and booth pics of the 6" Battle Droid.  I think the shoulder thing was just mentioned during the panel, I don't think there were any pics of that feature in action yet as the 6" BD at the show was just a prototype.
