Fingers crossed that Duff "Rose" McKagan has been a lot more involved in the singing and song writing of the latest Revolvers (is that what we're calling them, The Revolvers?) CD

I can't stand Duff's singing.  STP dude has much better pipes.

I never liked Duff's voice either. I prefer it if he didn't sing.

You guys are NUTS

When I was a young boy
Said some man parted some sea
They said believe in us
Why should they lie to me

Now I'm not a young boy
What I believe is what I believe
But I still get fooled sometimes
It's so goddamned easy
(Girl Part)

Now that I'm a grown man
Be the best that I can be
Been down every rocky road
And I'm bloodied at my knees
But I treat you like a princess
Never ask to be the king
Just believe in me
Believe in me
Believe in me
Yeah yeah
Where does it leave me
When you don't believe in me
Where does it leave me
When you don't believe in me

I'd climb any mountain
Yeah I'd cross any sea
I might break down and cry
But I'd drop down my bottle of rye
If you'd just believe in me
Believe in me
Believe in me
Where does it leave me
When you don't believe in me
Where does it leave me
When you don't believe in me

But I'm still my own man
Yeah I'm still my own man
And I do what I can
And while you're treating me raw
I still make my own law
I still make my own law

Come on
Believe in me
Believe in me
Yeah....me
Believe in me
Yeah
Come on
Believe in me
Can't you see just believe in me
Come on
Believe in me
Yeah yeah
Believe in me

Duff's album was probably my favorite GNR solo album, perhaps only 2nd to Gilby's 1st album.  Duff's had a little bit of everything, but still had that crazy, drunk, punk vibe to it.

Duff's album ******* ruled.  I think it's at least as good as Use Your Illusion II, even better than Use Your Illusion I, and almost as good as Appetite.

JOHANNESBURG, South Africa, Apr 23, 2007 (UPI via COMTEX) -- The largest outdoor rock concert in South Africa is without a major headliner after Guns N' Roses pulled out because of an injury to bassist Tommy Stinson.

The group's planned appearances at My Coke Fest concerts in Johannesburg on April 27 and Cape Town on May 1 were billed as the start of a world tour, Billboard said Monday.

"Stinson recently sprained his left wrist in a fall and the injury has not yet healed. As a result, Guns N' Roses will not make their two scheduled performances at My Coke Fest in South Africa at the end of the month," said a statement from promoter Big Concerts. Several other shows in Australia, New Zealand and Japan also were postponed indefinitely.

Organizers said Guns N' Roses fans who no longer want to attend the events can receive full refunds.

My neighbor named their son Axel last fall.  And on Saturday I went over there to drop off I noticed he was wearing a tattered Gn'R shirt.  Putting two and two together I asked him if Axel was an homage to our favorite Rock n Roll star...he just smiled

I know it's douchey, but when my son was a baby, I got him a Gn'R onesie that said "Sweet Child O' Mine."  It was cute.

I got my god-daughter a GNR onesie and a Down little black t-shirt when she was a baby. It is very difficult finding baby clothes in balck.

Yeah, Hot Topic is gay, but where else are you going to find infant and child sized Tool t-shirts?

Well, we are now less than one month away from the 'official' release date, right??

Anybody got links or downloads of the 'new' songs?
