Gas Prices as of yesterday:

2.65 a gallon, USD. 23 dollars didn't even top off my tank. And I was on "E". I've been trying to hold out on purchasing gas hoping the price will sink a few pennies.

$2.45 here in Utah. I wonder when gas will be the same price as an OTC figure at $4.77?

Gas was $2.45 last night, and all the way up to between $2.79 and $2.85 this morning  >:(

Premium was $3.05, which is completely insane. There's an article on CNN right now saying that $4 a gallon is right around the corner for us. Looks like rain or shine, I'm going to be spending a lot of time on my motorcycle now.

I filled up Monday night on the way home from work... $2.599 per gallon.

Then, it went like this:

Tues AM - $2.699 per gallon
Tues PM - $2.799 per gallon
Wed AM - $2.899 per gallon

If the pattern holds, it should be $2.999 per gallon on the way home from work today...  ::)

According to twincitiesgasprices.com, there is already a place that is charging over $3 a gallon, with several others at $2.99, including one place that is just a block from where I work. Luckily I filled up just 3 days ago, at the low low price of only $2.59 a gallon.  ::)

Much the same here.  I filled up on Monday at noon or so, at $2.59/gallon.  It has since jumped up to $2.79/gallon (for the cheapest).  Crazy...definitely makes a person want to stay home ;).  Apparently in some areas in Nebraska (Omaha in particular) it is up to $3.40/gallon at certain stations.

I have to fill up today, so we'll see.

Last night around 9 I drove by one that was at $2.69 for regular.  This morning at 7, the same gas at the same gas station was $2.77.

Sucks.  I remember buying gas for under $1 / gallon not too long ago.

President Bush is releasing some of our strategic emergency petrol reserve to try and combat the rising prices of fuel, and replace the millions of barrels each day were losing from this recent hurricane.

Anyone see that FX Origional movie called Oilstorm? This is just like how it happened. :-\

Ouch.  Just filled up for $2.899 and that's with $0.05 off / gallon by using my Stop and Shop discount card.  Was sitting at a ¼ of a tank and it cost me almost $46 to fill my truck.

3.00 for regular. Some gas stations around here have actually run out of gas, thanks the Katrina Catstrophe.
