Judge for yourself.

Been spinning the CD and listening to this on my iPod non-stop since I bought it:

Typical Buckcherry rock- fun, crazy, and varied.  Their best album so far.

Recently spun:

Wilco - "Ashes of American Flags" (live from Chicago)

(Click to download, or at least to go to a page where you can download)

Not my favorite Wilco song (although I do like it quite a bit), but Nels Cline's guitar solo in the last couple of minutes is so pretty it makes me want to cry.

I encourage everyone to download it and see what you think.

I was kind of hoping they'd play Ashes and War on War when I saw them at the end of March, but the setlist was pretty heavy on Being There, which was pretty difficult to complain about.

Setlist for March 22, 2006:
1. Handshake Drugs
2. I Am Trying To Break Your Heart
3. Forget The Flowers
4. Hummingbird
5. At Least That's What You Said
6. On & On & On
7. A Shot In The Arm
8. Poor Places
9. The Lonely 1
10. Spiders (Kidsmoke)
11. Jesus, Etc.
12. Theologians
13. I'm The Man Who Loves You
14. Walken
15. I'm A Wheel

Encore 1:
16. Misunderstood
17. Far, Far Away
18. A Magazine Called Sunset
19. Kingpin
20. The Late Greats

Encore 2:
21. Red-Eyed And Blue
22. I Got You (At The End Of The Century)
23. Hoodoo Voodoo
24. (Don't Fear) The Reaper

When they played Spiders (Kidsmoke) it was like someone dropped fidgety weasels down the fronts of everyone's pants.

Yeah, I'm a little--how you say--familiar with that show.  ;)  Lonely 1, Magazine Called Sunset, Hoodoo, Reaper. . .  they don't play that stuff all that often anymore.  You saw a really good one.  I'm gonna have to make a mental note to try and catch the "end of tour" shows from now on, whenever it's logistically possible to do so--those "handpicked by the crew" setlists are just too damn good.
