Naturals do not look that way when she's flat on her back. Notice how they look kinda like clay, and squarish. Also, look at her muscle tone. With such a low percent body fat, it is highly unlikely that the adipose tissue necessary for naturals would have been retained in the breast.
Additionally, the Sacramento Kings paint-on jersey shot reinforces my view. Notice how the nipple is pointed upwards, with a large amount of rounded tissue underneath. That screams fake as well. They're just too stiff.
