Huh? I don't get it

It's over now, but sat at the opening bid until about an hour before the auction ended, look at what it ended at.  I'm missing something, but what? :-\

that seems like a case of someone just putting an extra 0 in their bid of $10.50, at least to me. but then again, i took at look at the first bid, and it was $100? unless people are being fooled by the "i didn't want to disturb his clothes to look at the date, but it's probably 1977" remark that she made. but even then, who would be so dumb to think that a character that wasn't created 'till 1980 could have an action figure created in 1977?

One of only 200 made.  Thursday.

Thursday's are always slow.  No one really understood why factory production was always down that day, but it was.  Monday would have been understandable, but 300 or more were made on Monday.  Friday would have made more sense too, but it always surpassed that magical mark as well.  Nope, Thursdays were the worst.  Only 200 made.

Everytime I go looking on evilbay, I come across these stupid auctions:

ENDOR FOREST RANGER - US Patent - STARWARS

The Patent Museum

Nothing like taking up space on ebay & just flying past this crap to find stuff!  ::)
