Where is the banner to click on for past orders? I want my Green Clone Bust!!!

First time in, I tried to sign in with no luck so I just re-created my account.  Then I bought the Vader item, used my coupon and voila...confirmation number and email.

Now, I went in and clicked on the clonetrooper, put my old order number in, seen that the green clonetrooper bust and Kermit were in my "old" cart, left the site and came here to see if anyone wanted them.  When I went back, it stated that The order number provided has already been processed .

WTF??  I didn't DO anything with the cart yet!!  I only get to look once and then if I don't do anything, I guess I am out of luck.  I emailed them, so if I can...I'll order the green trooper for you Dale.  What a mess...again!!!

See I noticed that and removed it from my cart because I didn't want to be charged $30 a piece and it won't let me reorder and they are out of stock! WTF Indeed!

I did just that.

Went to the site.  Clicked on the "if you ordered..." link and went in.  Entered my confirmation number.  Proceed to checkout and it takes me to login page.  Fine.  Login with old password.  Incorrect  Try again.  No joy.  

I tried three new passwords from them.  No joy on all of them, all saying I need to activate my account.  I emailed them, but if anyone here knows how to do that, please, PLEASE tell me.

Thanks! It worked! I do not have any banner or image showing up on my browser for the Clone / Past Orders. Thank you.

Also my $50.00 Gift Cert did not work.   I guess I will have to use it on something else later.
