stormie's stuff
« on: April 5, 2004, 02:23 PM »
Here's a link to my pared down collection of vintage, MOC Stormtroopers, and miscellaneous SW-based cra...uh...stuff. :) There's also a little visual history of what my collection used to be.

Cool site there Bob.  I love the "compare vintage to modern" feature you've got there!  Pretty cool clicking back and forth between the two, and checking out the drastic differences on some of them.  That's a serious buttload of Stormtroopers you've got there too!   :o  The plain ol' 12-back is my favorite.

I'm gonna toss a link to your "Other Stuff" page in our unofficial official Kubrick checklist here, so folks can take a nice gander at the bootleg Kubricks.  Looks like you've got 'em all, except for the Clonetrooper set, right?

Good stuff.  Keep it comin'!   8)

Thanks guys! Hopefully all those dang links are working correctly.  :P

Nothing's been added in a loooong time, and everything is pretty much in storage right now, so the only way I can peruse my stuff is by looking at the site.

Yeah, Matt, only missing the Clones for the Kubrick bootlegs. All my real Kubricks (and Kinder Hippos [kitsch!]) are staring at me from my desk at work. Maybe I'll someday get around to using my digicam for SW again instead of baby pics!  ;)

Wow, that is one cool site. I love the compare vintage to modern as Matt mentioned & the flip to see the back of the cards on the Stormies.  8)

I actually was able to update my site with pics of miscellaneous stuff seen here.
It includes my Kubrick and Kinder Hippos collections. Yes, Hippos. ;)
Take a gander! :)

Oooooooooooh! Dark Laser Kinder.  8)  I don't have that one yet, I got the other ones you have. There neat.

That Stormtrooper coin sculpt, hard copy & the ESB proof are just stunning.  8)

Site is very easy to navigate. Thanks for sharing again.  :)

Thanks, Dale.
I was actually quite lucky getting that black Dark Laser hippo. I ordered a case of those Kinder eggs and was able to find all of the hippos (including the black DL). I was sure sick of that chocolate after a while, though.  :P
Thanks, again!  :)

I added just a few new Kubricks to my site and a lone Clone Trooper  here. Some of my art stuff is in the site somewhere, too. ;) Any excuse to mess around with Photoshop and html.

Yeah, the collecting has been a little light the last few years.  :P
