there was a david blain special on tlc tonight. even though i've seen it, i had to watch it again. i don't believe that whole levitation thing, and i don't go for freezing yourself in ice or any of that crap, but as far as card tricks go - he's the best magician i've ever seen.

anybody else dig david blaine?

I absolutely dig David Blaine, he's quite a talented guy. If you bought his book, he had a hidden puzzle to win $100,000. Cool stuff, a person solved it a few months ago (the puzzle was absolutely insane. Blaine himself said he was scared nobody would win it in his lifetime).

If you like David Blaine, you'd love T.H.E.M. Totally Hidden Extreme Magic. It was on NBC one Wednesday night, I thought it was supposed to be a new series, but may have just been a special. It was spectacular though.

Funny you should mention David. I'm a big magic fan & have been doing the art of léger de la main, slight of hand since I was 12.

He is very good at his close up magic. BTW, his levitation illusion is pretty darn good. I got a few people at work with it.  ;D

I heard about this show T.H.E.M. I have not seen it but it has my intrest. Here's there site:

They have  some preview cilpis in there that are just so cool!  8)

I saw David Copperfield when he was here. Just awesome!

If you eat enough beans... anyone can levitate for an instant. ;-)

Though the side effects are smelly.

As for David Blane, his special street majic totally blew me away, and his book was very cool also.
