That auction is so shady I don't even know where to start... vague chain of origin, minimal details, dismissive of having it graded... expensive, but not really by Vlix standards asking price, ****** photos...

I don't know if it's real or not, but I wouldn't have gone near it.

I'm so curious to know how much the accepted best offer was. It was a steal if it's real or someone got scammed good. Unless of course the best offer was $100 because someone wanted a nice carded reproduction.

According to my best offer checker, it was $2000. A ton of coin for a what looks like a Poon fake. Over on the otheR site, they all say fake!

How does that happen? That "offerer" must really be swimming in cash to risk it or maybe figures if/when they see it's a fake they can get their money back from Ebay and it was worth the tiny odds it was real?

That's my best guess... they'll return it.

That, or they'll take the fake and try to pass it off as real later to someone else to make a profit?

The other possibility, is that the buyer was dumb and trusting and thinks they just got an incredible bargain.

Any Uzay experts that can tell from a photo if this is real (long shot)? I'd at least pretend (bid with no chance to win) to go after this if it's real. Any thoughts?

I don't know nearly enough about Uzays to be gutsy enough to bid on one, but it seems too coincidental that the broken item is the piece that should be gold-plated.
