A bunch of Droids and Ewoks series 2 prototype coins are ending in a few hours. Was watching them all but ending way higher than I anticipated. Was hoping to get at least one but think its more than I want to spend. Here is just one of the auctions.

You took the words right out of my mouth bro. I was hoping I could hang too but it looks like they will all be out of reach. Sucks too, these are amazing pieces.

I imagine it's probably a bunch of dudes like Seth Green bidding on these because I don't see how your average collector can afford to shell out that kind of money. Then again, if you're not married, no kids, who knows I guess.

I don't see how Gaff is worth more than Vlix??

I watched every one of those auctions go off, it was nuts. I actually was the runner-up on the Kleb Zellock auction. Sigh, maybe next time.

I gave up, my main wants were Vlix and Gaff.

Up to $632 with just a few minutes to go...been watching this one all week.

I should have bought one a couple of years ago when I could have gotten it for less than half that. Still on my very short list of remaining vintage variants needed...

Can't believe my $10.49 bid didn't take that.

I would like all four Uzay things that seller had listed. Not going to happen.

Yikes. That is all. There's been a lot of great pieces that have surfaced recently. I regret my shallow wallet.

LOL..."recently found in a trip to Turkey."

I think we have the plot for the next Indiana Jones movie.

That resolves the issue of actually getting one of those.  No way am I paying that kind of coin for that little plastic.  Love the figure but not that much.

It hasn't sold yet.  He might be willing to come down to $2400.   ;)

Just thought I'd mention this because if I was a lot more wealthy I would like to have known, but there is a UK seller on ebay right now with some pretty nice custom wave 2 figures of both Droids and Ewoks up for auction right now. All out of my price range but pretty cool to see.

Those are the exact figures I still need. Too bad they are so much money and he painted them. One of them looks like it was painted by a five year old.

I luckily just finished by vintage carded display and have no space for Droids or Ewoks.   :)
