I have a pleasant update.
You have read the previous posts about this but I had a pleasant surprise waiting for me in my email box. It seams the seller fianally is willing to send my items and offers endless stories why they were delayed. but the truth of the matter is that the FBI forwarded my claim to the Alabama State DA and they contacted this guy. I know this is the case because they also cantacted me about their pursuit of the case. They informed me that of the matter was not resolved in 30 days they were pressing formal charges against him.
Well needless to say if you get scammed follow through with it. Don't let these guys take your money. I was only out $33.90 on this deal but that wasn't the point. The point was this A hole stole from me. SO follow up with fraud complaints. They may all not end this way but it is well worth the few minutes to file the forms.

As you can see by by feedback, I don't ebay too often. The items above complete my figural mug collection.
However, I have been eyeing a few Gamorrean Guard items for a character collection I'm thinking about starting.

The only thing I have got in the past few days is the Kubrick Boba Fett as mentioned in the Other Collectibles and Props section of the forum.
