DVD Midnight Madness SoCal
« on: September 7, 2004, 11:36 PM »
I know we have bunch of L.A./SoCal people on the board so I was wondering who plans on going to the Midnight Madness at Best Buy in Westwood.

It looks like it should be a lot of fun. Cool prizes and people dressed up. There's only nin locations nationwide hosting these which I find very surprising.

I've already taken the day off from work on the 21st so I'll defeinitely be there the night before...

who's with me?! ;D

Hmm...  That could be fun!  Westwood huh?  Yeah, that's definitely do-able.  I might be down for it.  That's on a Monday night, I suppose, right Anthony?

Any idea what the other 8 cities are, so we can hopefully share the love with some of the rest of the gang?

P.S.  I'm gonna stick this over in the Original Trilogy forum though Ant'.  I ain't buyin' no more stinkin' Prequels!   :P

HAHAHAHA you silly Americans with your midnight sales, trying to get in there first, you forget about the time difference, i'll have it 18 hours before you , thats watching all 3 twice before you have it muhahahahahahahaha
The problem with America is stupidity I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself

Hmmm, well I'd be up for going, just for the fun of it, really. I want need to be at Walmart on the DVD street date - not to get the DVD, but to get the WM exclusive figure package things, because I'm a completist tool. I'm hoping to find one that will be open the night before for that reason.

uh... no. But this way I don't have to get up early the next day and head to Target at 8am.

I took the day off on the 21st so I'll just spend all day watching them. ;D
