It's a boy for Broem!!!

Had to announce the birth of my son Joshua on 11-12 at 10:13pm.  Yeah, a little late on the annoucement but I have been busy with him and holiday/family planning and other household stuff.  He was 6lbs 15oz and 18.5 inches long with blond hair. 

Now I have an excuse to open my carded figures.  So the boy can play with them.  Yeah, that's it.  The boy needs play with them :)

Congratulations DB!  Is this your first kid?  If so, best of luck to you guys!   ;)

Don't open those figures just yet though.  Probably best to start him off with just the Playskool line I think.   :P

Welcome to the wonderful world of fatherhood DB.  Its a stressful and wonderful time and it goes by way faster than you'll ever imagine.  I look at my 2.5 year old and wonder where did that time go.

Way to go man...  Turkey and a kid.  You're gonna be a happy man this holiday.  Teach him the ways of the force, but remember to not make him too geeky.

Thanks!  Yes, it is my first child.  He eats every 2 hours on average and likes to fuss from 2am - 4am...so far.   I never realized how often Home Improvement is on TV until having to stay up with him.   That and paid commercial programming.  LOL!
