The uniform he's sporting looks very "REpublic"-esque like Faytonni's does.

These seem to be lead-ins to the Imperial uniforms I think...  Republic just naturally
blends into the Empire really.

They look sorta Napoleonic.  I dig that really, but it's very over-the-top in its own way too.
Maybe shows some of the extravegance the Republic had, and maybe shouldn't have.

BTW the re-appearance (seemingly) of Faytonni's character as possibly still being around
and in the Republic's actual military regulars/sentients (if that is the outfit) totally cans
the incredibly lame-ass EU story that Faytonni was a con-man in Republic military disuise.

It could be BS'd, but it's stretching that already terrible story thin, thank god.

Is that a Neimoidian beehive? How fashionable.

I think he's looking at his reflection in this one.

I am looking forward to seeing Viceroy get killed in ROTS.  He's more annoying to me than Jar-Jar.

Isn't that Padme/Obi1 pic in this thread?  I've seen it before, the Ani/Palpy one too.

Nice Jared...

The Juggernaughts, as near as I can tell, aren't different
from the conceptual drawings of old...  I'm digging not only
that Lucas saw fit to use an old design which had already
been incorporated into EU, but also that there's a seemingly
HUGE variety of vehicles being used in the war.  A technological
arms race not unlike what we see on Earth in times of great
wars.

The AT-RT, the Juggernaught (screw "Turbo Tank"), the 4-legged walker
there on Kashyyyk with the Juggernaughts (A seemingly heavy fire support
walker of sorts...  Similar body to the AT-TE so it could be a variant of the TE
actually...  Not uncommon for Earth military vehicles to see just simple
modifications), the BARC speeders, etc...  Plus Lucas's adoption of the ARC
trooper armor.  Great stuff.

Much more involved creatively than AOTC and
TPM were it seems.  A bit more of his "military"
thoughts that were in the Classic trilogy seem
to be in this last prequal film.

Some cool new pics (and info) posted over at TBone's Star Wars Universe.  I won't put the pictures directly into (since he asked not to), but you can hit the link to read some spoilers and view some new pictures (most pics are at the bottom of his report).  I kind of like the look of the "shocktrooper" picture he has posted.
