He was a great actor with a lot of charisma, one of those guys you were always glad to see. Deadwood is tops in my book, too, though he is very good in a not great role in a movie called By Dawn's Early Light where he's the captain of a B-52 bomber on its way to Russia during WWIII.

I remember that movie...just awesome.  Of course, after my time as a missileer, I completely pull that one apart!

Red Dawn #1 for me, followed by Southern Comfort and his later stuff on Agents of SHIELD. I was actually surprised reading his filmography that he wasn't in more recognizable stuff. He struck me as one of those guys that seemed pretty ubiquitous.

Chris Cornell.

This one just hurts.  The man was only 52.

This one bums me out.  Been listening to SG, TotD and Audioslave all day to reflect on his career.  Only Eddie left for the lead singers from the bands (PJ, AiC, SG, STP and Nirvana) that defined my youth.

Sad, always respected that guy, although I felt that every thing he did after badmotorfinger was pretty unimpressive. Hell of a voice though.

:'( Not my favorite Bond, but his movies are still fun to watch and were part of my youth.

I'm going to go with "not the best Bond, but still my favorite Bond".

When I was a kid in the 80s, every time it was my turn to pick out a video at the local VHS rental place, 75% of the time I picked a Moore Bond film.  Moonraker, Spy Who Loved Me, Golden Gun, Live and Let Die, For Your Eyes Only over and over and over.

Harrison Ford was the biggest influence in my childhood life for sure (Indy/Han/etc), but Roger Moore's James Bond was very close second.

RIP, Sir Roger Moore.  :'(
