Nope, never.  If I had to guess, I'd say it's custom made.  I have seen some nice custom posters featuring the entire Vintage card run, so I'd say this is something done along those lines.  Pretty cool poster, but not for that much coin!

My thoughts exactly on it being custom made.
I feel sorry for the sap that BIN's it at $322.50.  
Not to mention his opening price of $120.94.

I only see 16 different POTF figures there...  (two Yak Faces)

Who's missing?  There should be 17, right?  Odd...

Well taking a look at the poster I see 16 Cards.

Subtract the extra Yak Face, that is 16 cards.
There should be one more.
