Avatar assistance and questions thread!

I'm using Ulead PhotoImpact 7. I got an update from them awhile back & it installed an GIF Animator. I can pick 1 to all frames to open. Waynes Avatar is 36 frames. I tried 1 frame at a time with no luck then I found I could resize it by doing one frame & it would resize all of them. I used it on my Avatar too as it as to big.
It's a sweet Photo program & I have not used anything else so far.    Also, the program was free.
