My buddy sent me that this weekend and yeah, too funny.  Just needed some complaining about the figures mixed in and it'd have been extra creepy.  Hell, the "I have 3, one to open, one to display, and one just in case"...  I've heard that verbatim before. :)

I liked the guy shutting the display case carefully, then screaming "awesome" to the kids.

Kraft gets in on it. But this time the collector has a wife/kid.

Star Wars Kraft Macaroni & Cheese "Can't Play"

Star Wars Kraft Macaroni & Cheese "Great Disturbance"

My wife sent this to me with a great big "LOL!  This is you and [our daughter's name] in 2 years!!!!"
"Call up a Hammerhead Corvette.  I have an idea."

Why do Star Wars collectors have to look like fat unkempt IT slobs?

Why do Star Wars collectors have to look like fat unkempt IT slobs?

Probably for the same reason that you just mapped "fat" & "unkempt" to people who work in IT.  It's easier for people to laugh about someone the more they differ from the norm.  We all have stereotypes of different kinds of people in our head, and comedians exaggerate the differences to get a laugh.  It wouldn't be as "fun" to laugh at a happily married guy in a suit talking about his collection.

Besides, they're not all fat and unkempt. Take Weird Paul for example.  He starts slow, but it gets pretty funny in the last half.

This is a bit more realistic to most fanboys I've met.  Its a few years old, but I somehow missed it the first time.  Stay tuned to the bitter end.
