Thanks again for the PN child board! It is a great addition, and it is really nice to b e able to view them all in one place.

On a related note I'd like to see a Diorama child board just like the photonovel one we currently have. I don't know if there is any interest in this or if people would rather keep it consolidated (if so please speak up, I don't want to be responsible for changing something that my not have needed to be fixxed) Like the photonovels it would  be nice to have a place where all the dioramas can be put into one place, for easy viewing. That's just my 2cents though. :)

You guys are absolutely kicking ass with these photonovels, the Customs section in general has actually become one of my very favorite boards here - and I don't even customize!

Justin, would ya mind shooting me a PM with your number? I thought I'd programmed your number into this new phone, but I can't find it. I've got the same number, its just a new phone.

The first 10 photonovels in the Rykrof Enloe series are now up in the photonovel section.  Check them out.   :)

Photonovel of the Month?
So I was looking at some old photonovels today and realized that the stuff in there isn't quite getting the recognition it deserves. Everything seems to have a cult following, I think they can do better!

So how about if we have a contest each month (or something like every other week)? People can vote on which photonovel they like best, and the winner could be showcased on the main page. I think this could generate some interest from fans who don't visit the photonovel/custom section.

Of course, this is just my idea, if the staff hates it, that's fine.

I like the idea...Just like fiction, there's really no drive to create photonovels unless someone looks at them. :)

I think the "vote" is a good idea.  I need to get my first 8-9 back online though.

I really, really think we should have a spotlight on the front page every once in a while...  Is that too much to ask?   ;)

Well you know, Photonovels are really going over well at another site. There is obviously a market for them...so why not strike when the iron is hot? Make JD the #1 place for quality photonovels...

How 'bout we do this, when there's a new Photo Novel up (and a good one at that), someone please PM me a direct link to the thread here and I'll get it posted on the JD news page.  I don't pop into the Photo Novel section enough to know when new and worthy stuff pops up in there, so if you guys would just PM me a head's up, then I think I could give y'all a little main page love from time to time...  Cool?  LMK if that works for you guys...  :-*

Sounds good, Matt. I really like that idea.

I know this isn't a PM, but I nominate CHEWIE's Rykrof Enloe #11 to be the first one plugged on the main page. CHEWIE is pretty much responsible for bringing customizers and photonovels over here, so I say he gets the honor of first mention.

I third that motion!  :P

Very well.  I'll try and get that up some time today.

We'll probably also start announcing your Monthly Customizing Challenges as well.  I assume that's equally agreeable?  ;)
