Vintage Found At Value Village

Out & about today for an hour, I quickly dropped into Value Village to see if I could find anything vintage. At the front glass display, there were 2 vintage 12" figures.
Boba Fett & IG-88. Both complete with there accessories & boxs. My heart jusy raced. Then there was a sign posted off to the side. It was a private auction for them. They have a reserve that has not been met yet. The highest bid was only $100. Canadian. The auction ends on the 31 st.
Now knowing what these are, I knew that the reserve will not be met. Not in a Thrift store.
I would love to have them. I already have Boba Fett but IG-88  .  Darn good condition.

Has anyone ever found any good vinatge stuff just tucked away in stores like this?

Are you going to drop a bid on the IG Dale?  Do you have any idea what the reserve is?  I wonder if the seller knows what they're really worth...  Maybe you could score a helluva deal!

There both a set. I may have to try a price just to see what happens. I'm not to sure if the sellers really knows but then again, whos know's.
I have a few days to watch it.

Well, if you score the set, I'm sure you could easily hock the Boba Fett figure for a decent sum on the boards somewhere.  Lotsa people would be interested in it, I'm sure...  Good luck!

Well here's an interesting update. Seems the seller of the figures checked ebay & know what they both go for.

They did this before putting them up on auction in the store.
Now this is what kills me, if they checked ebay & know, then why are they trying to auction them off in a Thrift store rather than ebay. IMO it makes no sense.  

I'll still keep my eye on them.
