Amazing stuff, to say the least.  Looks like a great source for custom fodder.

Just remember they are the wrong scale, although that doesn't matter so much for the creatures.

I bought one of the 5" scale minotaurs and he completely towers over the SW 3.75" for an even awesomer effect. Then I got one of the "battle packs" with a minotaur and some sort of pigman that end up being about Jawa size. So all three are well within the scale reference for other GFFA aliens.

I'm sure with some imagination you could also pull off some nine-foot humanoid customs.

Nathan
Chewie and I are talking about the New 3 3/4 line coming out for the new movie this year. check out action-figure.com for the details.  I think it is playalone that has the licence now.

Gotcha ... I looked at the pics but just assumed they were in the same scale as the previous line. Color me a lot more excited now.

I'm really interested in that castle mostly.... could it maybe be tweaked a bit for a Rhen Var diorama?

Pretty nifty stuff...

I can't tell what is and isn't 3-3/4" scale, but looks like the above items are... I'm thinking that castle would make for a good custom Rhen Var set.

^ Good thinking Chew. I think it could also be a decent Galidraan Castle if you are into the bounty hunter stuff.

Or even, I suppose, Tir Asleen from Willow if you wanted to get even further afield.

Those are some really good ideas Nathan...

Also, I saw these figures at TRU yesterday.  Pretty nifty but I didn't get any.  Not sure if they have as much customizing potential as I originally thought...

They didn't have the castle on the shelf yet... I probably would have bought one if they did.

I guess they had put them out too early, and put all their Narnia stuff in the stockroom for a while because both TRU stores in my area removed these for about two weeks, but I saw them back on the sales floor today.

Has anyone seen the castle playset from this line in stores yet?

I just found them at TRU and not much at that was able to pick up a few figures and deluxe sets but no playset or bigger boxed items
will keep looking
I want the castle too.

Thanks... I also looked on ebay last week and didn't see them yet, so I guess they haven't been released (and I hope they don't cancel it).

I did see the catapult with soldier at TRU the other day - not bad for $19.99.
