Having seen how poorly accesory sets sold in the past I don't think it's going to happen. I, personally, love the idea of accesory sets but I don't like what they offered already and I don't think they would do it right if they were to try again.

It makes me wish I bought more of the VOTC Ben Kenobi figures when they were $1.88 or whatever at walmart.  :(

Speaking of Accessory packs that don't sell, I was in a tiny town a couple of days ago and I went into their ancient "Ben Franklin" store.

Hanging there still, for 20+ years were GI Joe Accessory packs!

Ben Franklin's still exist?

Those are LONG gone from my area, though I recall a time when every town had one, even my EBFE town...  They were great places to score G.I. Joes as was G.C. Murphy's $.05 and $.10 stores (also all over the place).

Occupying those old stores are mostly Family Dollars and Big Lots...  Neither of which is worth stopping at 99% of the time.

yeah, there wasn't much left in the place.  Looked like they hadn't had new stock in a dozen years.

It was going out of business. kinda sad.

About the only good places to get the surprise old finds, is last year's stock of Figures that Wal-Mart happens to find in the back.
