Close enough!  I don't think it was Piett, but it was an Imperial dude at the start of the Hoth space battle.

Edit, sorry, confused another line.

It's the Deck Officer in ESB, when asked by Solo if he had seen Commander Skywalker... "I haven't seen him, it's possible he came in from..."
