In the Outlander Club there were some sporting events on their big screen TV's.  What was on one of those screens that was actually a video game from Nintendo?

Thats correct.

 The book for me went fast but the storyline sure jumped alot and the chapters were only there I think to avoid it rambling on in 1 big chapter.
