Rumour has it Matt's being investigated for the death of a man in San Diego who was found with a Commander Bly figure shoved up his ass.   :P

I really wanted to use Darth Broem's earlier quote but it didn't fit in the character limit. :(

Matt PM'd me today sometime...  Said he was in the hills of West Virginia, and something about me helping him get to the Canadian border...  Something about Dale being there with a "get-away" car.

I told him I was washing my hair.

I was curious to hear from Matt, Jared, or anyone else in attendance how the Q and A went.  From the summaries I've seen around the net, it seems to focus on about 5 questions, was that all there was to it?  Or was that the only information worthwhile, aside from standard answers we listed earlier in this thread?  I see that GH.com has a seperate Q and A up with Randy from Hasbro today, nothing Earth shattering, but some nice information in there as well.  It sounds like he is going to inform the interviewer there of the figures included in the Hoth wave sometime in the future, be nice to find those out.

The only exciting news to come from SDCC was the news of clone (and droid) repacks - how sad is that?

Can someone explain the exclusive CinemaCast Vader to me?  How can Hasbro afford to do this and not a large scale vehicle (AT-TE)?  Must be no tooling with that kind of material...

And what's up with the two coolest battle packs being store exclusive?   ::)

New Unleashed = lame
Last 12 repaints = mega lame
Ani and Obi Lava repaints = super lame (price point, ******* lame)

Saga collection has potential if they invest in new tools.  I worry that there will be only a handful of new tools with the remaining 50 or so figures rehashes.  See OTC.

I have to admit that I am extremely dissapointed with Hasbro's new stuff.  I think the Unleashed line looked nice.  I never bought all of them b/c Hasbro always makes sure of producing crap in any line but I got at least half of them maybe more.  Still I will miss them, they were a huge improvement over the epic force line, but the tiny unleashed doesn't do it for me.  We found out about multipacks, that was nice but they fudge it up b/c of repacks and rehashes.  All I wanted was a vehicle.  I cannot believe they can put out something like the ARC-170 and the Wookie copter and turn around and crap the rest of the year.
Oh well, I guess it is hiatus time for me...

On a personal prediction note I cannot believe Hasbro will not put out a Cantina Han in 2005, I guess we are seeing the dawning of Endor Han.

Is there a transcript of the Q&A anywhere?  Not the summary.  It's been two whole days and there's been nothing.  I want to know what questions were asked.
