Feb. 1st - Who got the preview wave?

  I got mine this morning. Ran over to Walmart and for the first time ever I bought something there. This si the first time something has been on the shelves.

I saw them at one Target but not at Wal Mart (which I would have bet $100 on)

True story, there are two Wal-Marts here in the Twin Cities rather near each other.  On the day of Saga Launch in 2002...one of them (the one I went to today) limited purchases to 3 figures per customer!  I still cannot believe that one

The other (this gets better) had not put out the product the night before, that morning or anything.  I was there at around 10 AM and they were just starting to arrange the shelves.

The preview wave (figures, at least) came...and went...last week.  I was able to pick up all four, plus an extra wookiee at the time, and at that point they had tons of each figure.  Then, this past weekend, those figures were all gone.  I was going to stop in at Wal-Mart today after work to see if they were back out, and maybe get another wookiee or two, and to see if they had Anakin's starfighter, although I haven't heard of anyone finding it yet.  Good luck to everyone in their searches today, hopefully you find what you are looking for.

Not yet.  Most of Canada has had them already, except for us   Nothing out last night, so I'm hoping to pick them up on the way home.  The only place in Canada that can read date restrictions

There was nothing out yesterday and I over heard a lady that works there talking on the cell phone standing in front of the SW figures saying there nothing on the shelves and they will be released tomorrow (today). Guess there looking once word got out.

Got my 2 that I wanted. 1 at Wal-Mart and 1 at Target.

Walmart had ****, not even a price sticker.  I hate that ******* store.

Target had plenty of each.

No sign of the starfighter or Darth Tater.

Been seeing the four figures all over for quite a while now.
Still haven't bought any of them though.
Oh well, I will soon.

Just picked them up at Wal-Mart! All the figs plus 3 wookie warriors!

Both Target and WM had them here today, but WM has had them out for about a week now.

Stopped at Wal-Mart yesterday and they had the preview figures back out and on the pegs (they had them early last week, then disappeared, now back).  Looked like all they had was wookiee warriors and Grievouseseses, glad I found the full set last week.  I did pick up another wookiee warrior, I figure with not much product likely in the next couple of months, I can just pick one up here and there when I see them and slowly build a little bit of an army .  Otherwise, nothing else...no Starfighter (sounds like next week according to the dates we're seeing?), and nothing else, other than the Starfighter lego set, which Wal-Mart had plenty of.

Still working on my set.  Just need Tion and R4 and I will be done until Anakins Jedi Fighter hits and maybe the Wookie Water Blaster.  All I see on the pegs now is GG and the WW..  Haven't seen anything else yet at all.

There was still a VOTC c3p0, 2 yodas, 2 lando's and a half dozen orn free taa's The vader voice changer as well at $35 CND good price compared to the States?

Finally showed at limited locations and I was able to pick mine up today, all four.  Done for a couple of months now. 

New Lego was out, but no preview Starfighter yet.  All things in time (and hopefully on clearance).
