PASS. At the risk of sounding repetitive, since this has nothing to do with the LFL Card, I have no interest in a Red Vader.

I actually really like the card art. I really like look of the Christmas SD. The cardback art is really nice too. But card art isn't enough to make me buy it if it is this overpriced. Like the SWS "Stealth" Clone, it has really nice packaging, but I'll pass on the over-priced piece of **** figure.

What a piece of JUNK!!!!!

read the upper left corner of the card front:

NOTE: To best preserve paint on figure, leave figure inside of package. To prevent paint from chipping, carefully remove figure from package and keep in a safe place.

Don't get it wet
Don't feed it after midnight
Don't get it in the sun

Why don't they included a haz-mat suit and biohazard disposal unit while they're at it!  AND what ever you do DON"T LOOK AT IT!!!! Jezus

I'll still buy it  :D

This is pretty ridiculous.  As others have mentioned, if it had been modeled after the card art and been a Vader building a "snow" stormtrooper, I would have been interested.  With this red, old, Vader figure...and with money being tight anyways right now, I'm passing.  The OTC-ish cardback is kind of neat though, much better than the figure itself :).

This figure is just like a turd.  You can look at it (if you most) but if you touch it then it will be all over your hands.

So far the Holiday figure thing had hit 3 for 3, a dud was just a matter of time.

I'm going to have to pass on it and ifany of my relatives tries to give it to me for the holidays, well, one less gift to buy next year, jajaja.

Nice Hasbro :P

This might be the dumbest, least creative thing they could have possibly made.

I think a Palpatine dressed up as Santa Clause, with little Anakin sitting on his knee would be cool.

Ha Ha, obviously you're referring to this -

He actually has his hand on Anakin's back, it just looks like he's rubbing the Chosen One's ass.

To quote Norm McDonald from SNL's Weekend Update a few years ago (referring at the time to a Michael Bolton Christmas album)...

Well I might have bought this if the price was not so insane.  I guess everyone at Hasbro go together and said "For now on every exclusive figure we make will be automatically priced at $14.99."

Honestly even if it was really cool looking I am not blowing $14.99 on new figs anymore.  Unless it's something I have been wanting for eons like a Tonnika Sister.  Oooops, I better shut up or that is exactly what Hasbro will charge for a real figure.  Oh wait I am already to late.

I feel like a complete tool because I preordered two of these last night. I feel dirty and taken advantage of, knowing full well Hasbro knows I'm a lowly crack whore who will pay what is asked and take whatever they serve up to get my figure fix.

This year has been a wonderful exploration into how much **** they can dish out before people rebel.

*******.

It's starting to feel like the Playmates 1701 era.
