Just to remind everyone the season kicks off tonight with the Raider/Patriots game. Good luck everyone.

I'm hoping that Randy Moss catches 4 TD passes and the Patriots Defense Sacks Kerry Collins on every single other pass play of the game.

Oh yeah, and that they force Lamont Jordan into 20-25 lost fumbles on all the other plays.

I want LaMont Jordan to look like Emmitt Smith in his prime, just for tonight, then flop on his ass the last 15 games of the season.

EDIT:  I thought Scott was playing Zod tonight, he's playing Brent.  So I take it back, let LaMont flop all 16 games.

damn you ryan, I just tried to sign watson, but the yahoo page was going sooooo slow that it took me almost 15 minutes to search to see whether he was available or not.  I'm guessing that you got him somewhere in that lag time.

I didn't think we'd only be 1 minute into the Chiefs season when Famine would reap his first Larry Johnson TD benefit.

I'm glad I don't have Culpepper in this league. But he is killing me in my other one, I have -4 thanks to him. Which is good since Juan is starting him against me today, but I need him big time in my other league. Man that's frustrating. :P

I'm officially pissed - I had every intention of drafting Alex Smith, TE (Bucs) in the 17th round, but decided against it thinking - no one will know who this kid is...

Then, I decided that I'd pick him up as a free agent - and never got around to it.

Then today, when he caught his first touchdown I realized I'd forgotten to do that - and hoped that no one would be watching the Bucs game...  because I was at a sports bar and no where near the internet to go make the pick up...

Then he caught a second TD pass and I realized, he's long gone...

And he was...

And I'm pissed about it - because he's probably going to catch 10+ TD's this year.

Let's just call this one a bit inauspicious.

Kudos to Kevin for having Johnson.  I'm hoping this is an anomaly but early season jitters has me wondering if KC hasn't already unconciously decided that Holmes is old :-\

Worse though is my WR situation.  Hell, even Yahoo had Johnson/Moulds as the key matchup in the game and they generated a whopping 3.25 points between them ::)  Same as Bryant who was on the bench and much less than Branch.  Zoiks.
Minivans: a sign of the apocalypse.

I'm getting my ass handed to me so far this week.

My only potential saving grace is that I've still got Jamal Lewis, Brian Westbrook, and David Akers yet to play - but I don't think it's going to be enough.

And now Javon Walker is carted off the field...   :-\
