Like the Target Clone before I'd dig a little squad but nothing major.  Price wasn't discussed it seems?  I'd have brought that up myself.

I like the paintjob...  It looks like an urban combat unit, or night-ops...  That's a legit looking camo pattern to me though, very modern-military.  I dig it...  A lot really.

Price will be the ultimate kick then...  With availability a close 2nd.  I'd like a 5 man team though...  That'd be nice.

I though this was a character that got cut from the movie or something.

Gimme a break.  It looks like it belongs in the streets of Gotham City or something.

It looks like urban/night cammo paintjobs on modern military actually...  Matches in with sharp lines of urban environments and shadow lines...  more blotchy patterns are generally reserved for less "structured" environments than cityscapes.  It seemingly had some thought put into it.

I'm a fan of the non-movie characters...  EU, Fan-Fic, or whatever label they deserve, they look like they fit in with Star Wars to me...  I'm a fan of various EU sources though too, so I like the expansion of the toy line to reflect the expansion of the SW galaxy too.  I'm very pro-EU figures in this line, and since new EU's a rarity in the line, repainted Clones suit me fine to fill the void.  Of course, price/availability are a whole other can of worms, but this dark colored Clone actually rocks to me...  He'll be among my favorites I think.

It's cool, there's no denying that.  Will I find it?  That's another story.

Its kind of a neat figure, and if I happen to see one I'll probably pick one up.  I never saw a Lava Vader on the pegs (but that was ok), and wouldn't have gotten a Target clone if I wouldn't have asked an employee to get one from the back with the DCPI number....so I'm not so sure I'll find it.  If not, I can live without it, but I'll pick it up if I see it.  Clones are always nice :).

That actually makes quite a bit of sense when you put it that way, JJ.

But I'm still going to be cranky about this guy just on general principle (Down with overpriced gimmick exclusives!). :P

Does anybody know what the suggested retail price is for this "exclusive"?

Last time I believe it was $9.99 or $10.99 that Hasbro suggested, then Target turned around and sold them for $12.99

I suggest we all shell out and Commision Owen D. to do up one of his awsome Ubran camo clone snipers, instead of this crappy guy.
