the first one did nothing for me...bordered on hating it.  this looks pretty good, though.
This sticker is dangerous and inconvenient, but I do love Fig Newtons.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine

CHUD reports that Liev Schreiber ("The Sum of all Fears," "The Manchurian Candidate") will play Victor Creed - aka. Sabretooth - in the Gavin Hood-directed "X-Men Origins: Wolverine".

Looks like the Justice League movie is getting put "on hold" which hopefully means it's getting axed. I doubt they'd be able to do it justice (no pun intended) on the big screen.

This isn't a "movie" per se, and probably more for the kiddos, but Marvel Kids has some webisodes up featuring Iron Man (with cameos from Spidey and the Hulk), and the animation looks pretty good I think.  Just thought I'd pass it along for anyone interested.

Some information has come up in a recent interview (at MTV) with William Hurt (who plays Thunderbolt Ross) about the Hulk/Iron Man crossover potential.  I won't detail anything here, but there's more at the linky, and SPOILERS are definitely present - particularly for the Hulk movie.  It does sound cool though, the crossover potential part anyways.  It would make it feel more like a "universe" if they did something like that.  Too bad Spidey/X-Men (and others) are held by other companies, so that they can't all be included in various movies.

That armor looks so sweet!  I hope the plot can keep up with the visuals in this movie...

The coolest thing about the armor is that it's 100% real.  It's an amazing piece of engineering and craftsmanship.  I saw some video taken by some guy of the crew between shots, and Downey Jr. was able to walk around in the stuff, lie down on the ground and get back up with some assistance.  Pretty much free range of motion.  When you compare it to what the 501st guys go through just trying to move around, it's really impressive.

I'm actually starting to get excited for this film.  And I'm not that big of an Iron Man fan.

Minor news, but Marvel has made a deal with the WGA.  Good move by Marvel I'm guessing, especially since if this continues the 2009 movie slate could be on the lighter side.  I'm mainly posting this because it mentions that work can commence again on Thor, Captain America, Ant Man, and the Avengers movies.

The new Iron Man trailer from last night (during the Super Bowl) is online now (TV Spot on the linky above).  Looks pretty sweet.
