I hope we see what Deadpool looks like at Comic Con. I was watching G4 & they had a commercial for their CC coverage & they mention Wolverine.

I hope they keep DP's original costume, or even the ultimate. He's crazy enough to wear spandex. They better make him funny unlike Spidey, oh yeah & the 4th wall breaking.

It sounds like Hugh Jackman surprised the SDCC crowd at the Fox panel yesterday, and brought the first footage of the X-Men Origins: Wolverine movie with him.  I haven't seen that it has shown up online yet, but hopefully it will.  It sounds like quick shots were shown of Deadpool, Sabertooth, the Blob, and others as well.  I saw an interview with Jackman on G4 last night as well.  He's always seemed like a pretty cool guy to me, and it sounds like he said several times to the CC crowd that "I owe my career to you guys".  Nice to see that acknowledged and embrace the character that he's best known for.  It seems like a lot of actors these days don't want to do that.

that "I owe my career to you guys".

Sure, otherwise he would have to keep singing and dancing on Broadway.

Thanks for posting that.  This movie looks pretty sweet so far, looking forward to it.  Its cool to see the inclusion of some other mutants as well, its a nice way to introduce them since they are shying away from an X-Men 4.

Where is the costume? Where is the skull? Without the costume, Frank Castle is just another angry guy with a gun. This one feels like an updated version of the 1989 movie.

The skull is there... it's just really, REALLY hard to see.  Which kind of defeats the purpose.

Jane only wore it, really, for one scene and it was on his ballistic vest which he took off rather quickly.  The skeleton in this film is more subtle, sort of like the bat symbol on the new Batsuit.

I'm not sure if Howard Saint is a comic villain or not, I don't follow Punisher that closely, but at least Jigsaw is a villain I recognize so that's a step in the right direction.

The red band trailer for this is insane.  Very brutal, nearly horror film excessive, actually.  Be interesting to see what cut of the film makes it to the screen.
