I'm not there yet, but on the way. I'm about 2 years out from getting my PhD, then I'll be looking to get a little further along on the track I want to be on.
It's a bit tough to be in school for so long (4.5 years undergraduate, then almost 5 years so far for Masters + PhD work), but I can finally start to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Hey all,
I'm looking to add some of the recent Ep 3 Hasbro displays to my collection. I'm especially after:
- Talking Vader display ("You do not know the power of the dark side.") w/motion sensor.
- Lenticular display that has Anakin's face turn into Vader's mask, with lava on the bottom edge and spaceships in the background.

« on: April 7, 2005, 03:48 PM »My JediDefender mail gets on average 9 spam mails for every real one. It's really annoying because half of them I can't identify as spam until I've opened them.
That's nothing. My GH mail gets 1000-2000 spam messages for every real message. It's so bad, that I've been using my personal address for just about everything board related for a while now.

I'm 22/24 so far, with the 2 misses being games that were tied in the final minute (W. VA/Creighton & Ohio/Florida). 
I went out on a limb and have some interesting picks (UW-Mil. over BC, Utah taking out both Oklahoma and Kentucky, etc.), so my bracket has lots of opportunities to go very, very wrong.

« on: February 12, 2005, 04:42 PM »I like so man people, eat deep fried, fast food ALOT. Like, as much as I can get my hands on. Recently though, not so much. Anytime I get near a deep fried food such as French Fries, Tots, Motzerella sticks, I get kind of nausiated, and when I eat it, my insides hurt. I figured this is my bodys way of telling me to stay away from the deep fried foods. The only thing I can still eat deep fried is chicken wings, for some reason, but I havent eaten many of those.
I have had the exact same problem with overly-greasy fried foods for the last 3 years or so. I can't eat pretty much anything from fast-food places anymore without my stomach really not being happy. I can get away with eating fries or chicken tenders from sit-down restaurants, most of the time though.

Unless Matt Carroll's TE Gonzalez scores a TD in the 2nd half tonight, I'm gonna be the one to take you down next week.
Part of me wants to lose this week to see a Dressel/Zod matchup, complete with a week of build-up on this thread.
