Episode 1 / Battle Bags Series 2
« on: April 29, 2018, 04:47 PM »
Super weird question. I've googled with no luck. Does anyone know what was supposed to be in series 2 of the Battle Bags line?

Did I miss this on Disney Channel already today?

Is the "guide" just missing it?

The fact there isn't a general non Star Wars POP thread should probably tell me to not bother, but Game stop has there exclusive Resident Evil 6" Hunter for $11.99

Pretty cool toy

I don't post these pics because of how amazing my display looks (shelf is ugly, still too much clutter), but for the first time in 20 years (when there was so little stuff) I have a line of figs that I can see all at the same time.

Sure I'm talking to myself but I've seen $25 for a Diamond Select Penguin at local comic shop recently. Saw a $13 version at TRU today. May have less pack ins but still a nice price.

I suppose this should've gone in the "Hall of Justice" heading.

1:6 Scale Figures and Collectibles / Force Awakens 12"
« on: October 8, 2015, 09:21 AM »
Anyone happen to buy a 12" Assault Walker? I've been looking at photos and it looks to me like these things would fit pretty nice mixed in with a bunch of basic line 4" scale ATSTs if you had them towards the back and just on display.

edit-looks like I should have posted this in the 1/6 scale figs thread. Sorry mods.

Don't know if there's a better thread for this, but I won both of these on ebay (still don't have them in hand). Seller lists them as prototype, I'm leaning more towards they are just figures that didn't make it through the whole production process. Even with shipping from Hong Kong the total was less than $10 so either way they are neat little additions to my collection. Anyway, does anyone know a good way to tell the difference? Neither has a COO or date on them. Thanks

Vintage Kenner / History of vinyl cape Jawa
« on: July 30, 2014, 07:16 AM »
Mods feel free to combine this somewhere else or delete it for that matter (though I'd appreciate the chance for someone to respond and not that you needed my "ok" to do that).

Anyone know the general time table of when people realized the scarcity of the vinyl cape Jawa? And then how quickly did the $ value shoot into the multiple hundreds to the thousands? Could you have picked one up in the mid 90's for $100 or had the market already realized how low the supply was?

I have no idea when I found out how rare he is, but it certainly was after I started "re" collecting in the 90s, not when I was a little kid playing with my toys.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

Droids Sise Fromm

Cost wise probably talking about loose. Even okay with a robe-less version if that's all that's available.

Thanks for looking.

Watto's Junk Yard / TWD-To Read or Not to Read
« on: February 16, 2014, 11:50 PM »
So I now have the first seven (plus some after that as well), sorry I am not a comic book guy so my terms may be wrong, graphic novels of The Walking Dead comics (the paper bound multi comics in one things). And I can't decide if I should start reading them (I have read the first one) or not. I want to so when Abraham shows up I can be all excited about him (or when Michonne did, etc.), but I also kind of like not knowing what is going to happen. Of course I know they are far from following the same story, but for instance I hadn't read the first set until after Shane died in the show and I didn't see that coming. At least not nearly as much as I have to guess the comic readers did.

So I would appreciate thoughts from others if anyone is so inclined. Thanks in advance.
