I saw give us a Wicket and Princess Kneesa 2-pack! That would be ultimate.

Seems like there's actually a lot of love for that figure - I'm surprised she never makes the fan choice polls.

$100 for a basic set of six?  Can't decide if that's high priced or not given the BAF parts.   :-\

Correctemundo - minimate, not a Kube.  Still, that's a pretty choice looking figure.  I didn't even know they had LOTR mini figs.

The Legacy Collection / Re: Walmart Dewback w/Sandtrooper

Dewbacks are on Wal-Mart.com and you can use Site-to-Store pickup if you want so you can stop pissing around looking for them (some areas I guess these are scarce, compared to others).

I did exactly that and ordered 2 more online earlier today.  No added cost for shipping, so you're basically just deciding which store will get the stuff you want and having them hold it for you as soon as it arrives.  I normally save my props for Target with their ultra simple system for checking inventory, but Wal-Mart's STS system is pretty slick.

Dude, I own two Yarnas - that's 12 boobs worth, more than enough for any man.

Went back again today and they'd put out the old Legacy stuff.  Well, it was brand new, but it was the white card, round top Legacy card - Seulacami trooper etc.

I had to limit myself to 2 Yarnas as well.  I might have gone for extra if she had more of a Darth Talon frame though.   ;)

Has there been any official word that newer Legacy waves won't be shipped to Canada?  Thought I read that somewhere on here, but wasn't able to dig it up.  Let us know if you need help from your neighbor to the South - we've got waves 8-10 popping up here and there right now.

Star Wars Ships and Vehicles / Re: No actual TIEs were harmed

That's really pretty amazing. Very well done. I love the use of the force lightning in the one shot :)

Agreed - pic number 5 is really cool - like it's just been hit and still seeing the electrical surge.  Very cool idea and I'm glad you didn't actually have to hurt a TIE to make this!

Incredibly disappointing.  My Dewback does not have fold down legs or a gunner hatch.  And to be super nit-picky, I don't recall seeing a lot of these or Sandtroopers in "The Clone Wars."

Oh well, still a pretty awesome set.  ;)

Hey, nice review on Teela.  I think you were a little harsh on the articulation, but I don’t have any other MOTU figures to compare back to.  Compared to the Legends and DC figs I collect, I thought it was up to par with most.

Just one note that I didn’t see in your review or photos – the Snake Headdress separates from the head to give you a third “helmeted head” option.  Kind of a cool addition, especially for customizers given the well sculpted face and an easy add for any kind of hair style.

So you both had the purple looking version, but not the blue?  I though the blue was the more common by far...  ???

Anyone watch V last night? I just finished watching the pilot & to me it seemed rushed, could have gotten away with a 2 hr pilot but hey... Laura Vandervoort Supergirl is in it.  ;D

Recorded it, but haven't watched it yet.  Despite being rushed, did you like it?

I think it's $28 somethingish at WM.  Don't think there's any promos anywhere out there though.

Cool - thanks.  Maybe I'll wait until I'm dewback hunting to get mine then.   ;)

... and the Super Battle Droid just looks silly to me.

I don't know why the Super Battle Droid has such skinny legs, when the regular Battle Droid has standard kub legs.  Makes the SBD really hard to keep standing, I had to use double stick tape under his feet just so he wouldn't fall over.

Yeah, not remotely impressed witht hat figure.  If it had been something better, I probably would have splurged to get the different clone and Jango, but couldn't see paying $200 when all I really wanted was Padme and TC.

Newsarama has a nice little preview up of this week's episode, looks pretty spiffy.  I picked up the Season 1 set today, and I have to say that the packaging is kind of nifty.  I haven't gotten a chance to watch any of the discs yet, but there is a nice booklet in there with some concept art/etc. that is pretty nice.  The book is the "case", sort of similar to the deluxe edition of Indy and the Crystal Skull if anyone picked that up.

Are there any special promotions with this release with retailer incentives or do you get the exact same thing no matter where you buy it?  Borders has it for $32 with free shipping, but I noticed it's only $30 at Target.
