Title: Build-An-Album (featured meme of the day)

1 - Click http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random
The first random Wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.

2 - Go to "Random quotations" at http://www.quotationspage.com/random.php3
The last four or five words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your first album.

3 - Go to Flickr's “explore the last seven days” at http://www.flickr.com/explore/interesting/7days
Third picture will be your album cover.

4 - Use Photoshop or similar to put it all together. I used http://www.picnik.com/

Wow. My first two tries don't count.

My first band name would have been Ded Neyber (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ded_Neyber), which oddly enough was already taken...

And my second try would have been Climax Jump (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Climax_Jump), the name of a single for some Japanese band. I guess I could take that since it is a song title rather than a band name...

EDIT: Haha, on my third attempt I got some pRon star.
