Can anyone tell me who this is and what toy line he comes from? Any history on him? No he is not Barney and Jar Jar's love child!

I knew that figure looked familar but I couldn't quite place it.  It took me while clicking through wikipedia but it's Sydot the Supreme from Power Lords (http://www.virtualtoychest.com/powerlords/powerlords.html).
