I'm surprised they are available outside of Pulse.  I think this is the first pack that wasn't a pulse/Disney shop exclusive.

The Phase 2 Clone Trooper troop pack was sold via Amazon (https://amzn.to/3wYxdVK) and EE (https://ee.toys/M0CWBZ).  I think that was the first one that started to go beyond just Pulse/Disney.
