I think it because WM, unlike Target, each figure has their own "code' if you look at your receipt from WM each figure is listed by name. They do this so us tricky collectors do not return figures that we did not buy from them. Like last year with the gold coin UGH I did not want the silver coined figures I had already bought  so I returned them once I got the gold coins.

Look at vintage figures, they charged 11.99 while everyone else, except for Kaybee, had there prices around 10.00. Lets not foget the 12.99 for the "exclusives".  One good thing about Target is they do clearence things out fast, I mean I did get the UBP Endor for 12.99 (==)
 I think its Targets attempt to get rid of the collectors.  To be fair to Target, Hasbro did set the retail price at 11.99. That is what they charge over at HTS, it just sucks that I have to shop at WalMart now for my Star Wars stuff.

Hey, I found a bunch of TAC Legends figures with the Commander Rex offer sticker on them this morning at my local Walmart. The sticker said to get the P.O.P inside or go to Hasbro.com. I looked at Hasbro no sign of the offer. Anyway, there was no way I was going to buy those figures, so I guess we are going to wait to see what we need to get this figure.

What about the references to C.S.Lewis? I was talking to my sister on Friday, and I said this is starting to remind me of "Chronicles of Nanria."  Sure, enough I was reading a lost blog, and someone pointed out that at the end when Ben calls out Charlotte her initials are C.S.L. You might be interested in knowing that the first chapter in C.S.Lewis "Prince Caspin" is entitled "Island" ???? I made the connection about in the Chronicles of Narnia the characters have the ability to go back and fourth from the normal world into some mysterious world. IF you followed LOST you would have noticed the references to "Alice In Wounderland"" and "Wizzard
 of OZ" which also follow the same theme as the "Chronicles of Narnia.

Found the New Evo packs at my local Target in Socal. They only had Sith,Jedi,and Fetts. I picked up the Sith,since I got the Fetts yeasterday at Walmart.

Found the Fett Evo pack today at WalMart, they had the Jedi pack also but I passed. I also found the 1st of the '08's basic figures at WalMart. I passed on the CG,K-Clone,Anakin and Obi figures.

Update for the 10th

Found them at my local so cal target today (evo packs) They did not have Sith Appreantice, but had the other 3 , so I picked up the Sith pack.
