Took a shot at the red Phoenix.  My luck has been so-so with Amazon, so what the heck.

What the heck are legendary riders?

Chase figures don't excite me too much, maybe a green Hulk.

Still needing an S6 box set.  Hoping they show here for Christmas, but a little tight now ::)

Yup, life at Amazon carries on merrily.  Hopefully my recent spending spree will endear me to their shipping folks.   :P

Those all look great, except Deathlok who I give two ***** about.  Can't wait to get a Galactus!

Legends is definitely my #2 line right now that Simpsons is dead and LOTR is winding down

Galactus is awesome!!!!!!! He looks incredible. It is an amazing thing that Toy Biz is going with Galactus and the Sentinel.

Sadly, Prof. X is just terrible. He is the worst of the bunch, I relaly wanted a Hover Chair version. Big letdown.

Dr. Strange, Nightcrawler, Deathlok, and Bullseye are very cool as well.

The Hulk just doesnt do it for me. Neither versions.

I am happy that I don't need to chase any chase figures for this wave. :)

I wonder what the breakdown for Galactus is going to be and who gets what.  It's probably head, upper torso, lower torso, 2 arms and 2 legs for 7 pieces.  Glad to see that there's some articulation to him and he's not a statue.

I'm also glad that's there aren't a lot of unwanted purchases for me to get the Galactus.  The only one I really can do without is the Hulk, as I already have one.  War Machine is a seperate character, so no double dipping on an Iron Man.  Deathlok doesn't bother me, I like obscure characters.  All the others are first figs to the line, so no brainer there.

The Galactus thing doesn't do it for me, but it is an extremely cool idea.  I'm most excited about Nightcrawler.

Could be the crappy pic, put that Prof. X looks like the movie version, which I have like three of.

Deathlok looks pretty cool, though I don't think I've ever read a comic with him in it.

Those Hulks look pretty crappy. Sucks I'll have to buy one to complete Galactus.

I'll gladly buy the rest, provided I actually find the damn things. I do have them preordered on Amazon, but, we all know what that means.

I like the overall concept.  Not crazy about Deathlock, mainly because I don't know the character all that well.  I also think that the whole Galactus idea is one of the only ways they could get casual collectors to buy a Doctor Strange figure.

I have mixed feelings on the Hulk figures.  I've always loved the character.  When the rumors started circulating about the wave I was actually kind of excited to get a grey Hulk.  But the whole "first appearance" thing skews the look.  Hence, this Hulk looks a lot more like the Hulk did when Marvel launched the comic in the 60's.  I'm hoping that Toy Biz revisits the modern grey Hulk at some point in the Marvel Legends line.  I thought the period in the 90's where the Hulk went grey was really interesting, and Hulk was a deeper character with different motivations instead of the green, raging Hulk's motto of "Hulk smash"!

Deathlok was kind of a neat character and I enjoyed the comic in the late 80's (I think) or early 90's.  The story sort of reminds me of Spawn, in terms of origin (Deathlok had a wife and kid he could no longer really contact, IIRC).  Might just be confusing the storylines though.  Either way, it's kind of a cool inclusion, if not legendary and long running.

Anybody thought of ordering a case?
