Well, it's been eleven days since I last updated, and I don't have much to show for it, lol.

After a brief visit to relatives and a week long trip to summer camp, I have four customs to show.

After Order 66 and the Great Jedi Purge, the 367th Legion, or better known as the Air Drop Shock Commandos, experienced the change from the Phase 2 Republic Military Armor to the fear-inducing glossy white armor of the Imperial Army. Soon after most clone troopers began experiencing rapid degeneration due to their quick aging, the recruitment offiers were filled to the brim with young recruits eager to don the armor and extra equipment of the Drop Commandos and fling themselves out of dropships into hostile territory.

They were very succesful- 8 victorious campaigns throughout the Outer Rim. Only one conflict was tainted with their surrender- Assault on Yerd Tui'i. A small garrision of the elite commandos were sent to the Outer Rim planet to put down a supposedly small Rebel insurrection. Known as the "Dust Bowl of the Outer Rim", Yerd Tui'i had yellow fields of dust and dirt occasionally broken up by rural brick villages.

Upon landfall, the Empire realized the the Rebels numbered in nearly a thousand, and after 30 days of heavy blaster fire and siege in the dust and dirt without reinforcement, the Air Drop Shock Commandos called a surrender and left with only half of their starting force.

Private Haku, Rifleman

Sargeant Mollek, Light Combat Specialist

General Alren Selkayim, Commander of the forces of Yerd Tui'i

And last but not least, a mini-display I put together to showcase them:

Fallback Point Charlie- Assault on Yerd Tui'i

Well, I hope you like them. LMK what you think, all comments are appreciated. Thanks for looking.

DE- Yeah, it was alot easier to just fill the helmet with Sculpey as an interchangeable head...I've never had luck hollowing things out with a Dremel. As for the boonie hat and the PN, it's being put on hiatus for right now...I know what I'm going to be placing in the story, but I'm goign to be very busy for the next two weeks and thus Chapter 3 will not begin production until Mid-August.  :'(

CK- Thanks for the props on the Gunship. It was a large project and I'm pretty satisfied on how it turned out. I can't wait to put the thing in action in Chapter 3.  :)

AE- Thanks for all the kind comments. I apologize if I haven't replied to yours before, but let me just say, they blow me out of the water, especially that last group of E3 Clones. Great job.

Fan Art / Re: Darth_Deastron's Graphics
« on: July 21, 2006, 11:38 AM »
Christ, my sister must've been on the computer on JD because no way in hell did I post that!

Not that they aren't good, they really are ( I wish I had Photoshop so I could do stuff like this), but I have no recollection of posting the Fan Art forums...

Umm...wouldn't it make sense if Qui-Gon was packed with Darth Maul because they dueled first, and Obi with the Astromech because he spent nearly all of his time on Tatooine on the Queen's Starship?

I'm only looking forward to three of these:

Jango and Dooku (never had a Dooku, Jango will be useful for customs)
Ani and Evo Clone (two Evo figs, one repainted- what's better?)
Ani and ATRT Driver (Evo Ani- great, ATRT- okay)

I think the weathering present on the trooper could pass for that you'd find in a forest somewhere, such asn Endor.

That's true, caked and dried mud usually has a tannish color to it...

Victory. I finally found two of these awesome figs at a Target tonight...

I think I might have to get into casting now... :-\

Anways, your clone piot boots casts turned out pretty well...it'll be interesting to see what else you're gonna do!

Nothing to say here but congratulations! Hope he grows up to be a fine boy.

That is a great Sora Bulq- alot better than the version I did!

On the flared arms thing, do you have a set of RotS Sasee Tin arms? Those would look good and still be articulated.

Wow, this'll be the best Series yet! I love the accesoires added to the lineup, and I'm totally stoked about the E-11. Thanks for the info, Spec.

God, I wish I could find these! If I find 'em they'll be the first Stormies I've got...except one EVo Sandtrooper.

JediMAC, you speak the truth...I agree 100% with you. While I'm relatively new to the community, I have a greater understanding about what an ass Phillip Wise is and a thorn in the side of a great hobby.
