I'd stay clear - you're not the only one who has seen it, and by the looks of it, no one is going to bite.

There's nothing more expensive that a good deal sometimes...and paypal will only do so much for you.

wow... what a nice surprise that must have been.  they post it with the "i don't know if this is worth anything..." description and sell it for $670.  i wonder what it would be worth with the figures.
