Too bad you have zero feedback!

pretty crazy to end a high end auction like that during CIV.  also, someone from RS got a ESB 21 bk c3po for $22 cuz auctionstealer was down.

Yes Wow! You sure don't see a piece like this show up.  :o

It is even featured on the main page of eBay.  8)

A cool figure to have, but it wouldnt be my first pick of the prototypes. I think Gaff would be my first pick.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the A-Wing pilot only came with the black gun right?  If that's the case, why would AFA seal one up with the gray gun?

Yes, only the black gun as with the Imperial Gunner. Could be just the lighting or a bad reflection making it show up grey. But then again, it's the AFA.  ::)

Are they really that bad?  My newfound interest in vintage has me starting to learn about things I otherwise didn't have any need to know about.  AFA being one of them.  I'm not the type to ever send anything off for that treatment, but it's weird to hear that the 'authority' have such a bad rep - if that's what you're implying.

I can't tell from that shoddy picture, but I'm inclined to believe that what you're seeing as grey is probably tape.

Yes, tape.  That's what the AFA uses to keep weapons in place on loose figure cases.

Well that's quite the scam then isn't it.  Charge people a bunch of money for an opinion, an acrylic case, and a piece of tape.

i think if you bought that figure the gun would turn out to be correct.  i would trust brian's toys maybe more than afa to either have the right gun or get it for you.
