If they're waiting for Toy Fair to promote their best show, there better be a lot of tie-in offerings at Toy Fair and it better not be pipeline reveals.
This is the way.

I like the format of 12 episodes broken into four weekly chapters of three episodes each. I guess each week will be a year.

As cool as the trailer was, I can honestly say I didn’t see a lot of characters I would want as figures. Which is kind of a relief actually as I doubt they will make many more.
A character’s face is melted by fantastical energy

Where is B2EM0?  Is he safe?  Is he alright?

Love the mix with the Steve Earle song.

There were a handful of characters I didn't catch in the trailer (although I didn't go frame by frame) that had semi-significant roles in season 1 - B2EMO, Brasso, Bix, Melshi, Vel, and Cinta.

Maybe Andor stays true to the Rogue One theme with pretty much everyone dying in service of the rebellion.

Bix is there. You see her from behind when Cassian is in the field with the new TIE.

Brasso was the guy who was being detained by Stormtroopers (about the 50 second point of the video.)

I believe that was Cinta walking with Andor when he blows up the offices with the remote detonator.

Is that Vel who grabs his lapels at about the 49 second mark?  Doesn't really look like her.

I'm pretty sure the guy who Andor is talking to about fighting vs winning is the same person Saw is talking to about fighting at the end and it's Wilmon.

So kinda like season one with several major story arcs spanning a few episodes each.   I like the potential time jumps to let things evolve off screen.

I can't tell you how stoked I am about 12 episodes of Andor.  Rogue One is still growing on me and I love rewatching that movie probably more than any other in the SW universe right now.  Having 12 episodes in that part of the timeline/universe is going to be so good.

My teenage daughter (who watches all the SW series with me) wants to re-watch season one to get ready for season two.  Not a lot really gets me excited about SW series/movies, but this has got me fired up.

Each three episode span a year in the timeline.  the 12th episode should end at the beginning of Rogue One.

I'm excited for this.  One thing that has bugged me about this show is the lack of Bail Organa.  He's been working with Mon Mothma since ROTS and we have yet to see him in Andor.  You think Mon Mothma would've reached out to him to help with her money troubles from season one.

I'm REALLY excited for this next season of ANDOR.  The first season over-performed in the best way possible.  And this new season is clearly building upon that.

The returning cast is definitely something that caught my attention.
-Bix is definitely in there in multiple shots.  She's the one next to Cassian when he detonates the explosives, and she's in other shots
-Brasso seems to be getting wrestled by the troopers in that wheat field
-I *THINK* I saw Wilmon Paak at some point
-The woman grabbing Cassian by the lapels looked like Kleya to me.  She's the one who worked in Luthen's shop
-Davo Sculdun seemed to turn up in multiple shots.  And something tells me that the ISB got him to flip on Mon Mothma, because we see him with Krennic and other ISB officers

I couldn't positively ID Vel or Cinta in the trailer.  And the single shot of Luthen seem ominous.  Saw looks like he saw some serious action over the course of the season, resulting in his condition in ROGUE ONE.  And seeing the Partisan X-Wings was a nice bonus!

The troopers making their way in formation down that hallway looked like they were probably from ISB enforcement.  In the single shot with Dedra Meero it looked like there was another similarly armored trooper in the background.  The one officer with the sensor looks like it might have been Heert, Dedra Meero's adjutant.  And for a moment I got to thinking that the trooper on the right with his weapon up high could possibly be Mayfeld, because of the way he was aiming.  And definitely NOT a Stormtrooper!
"Call up a Hammerhead Corvette.  I have an idea."
