I love the idea of the interactive figures and toys. They have absolutely missed the boat on this update, and from what I can see at retail, positioning the reader as necessary. DOZENS of 1.0 remain on deep clearance at WM and Target. 2.0 is piling up now. It's overpriced, I think, especially considering it doesn't/didn't properly work. I don't know if it would be prohibitive to extend it to the Black Series line, but doing so would probably help it out. A lot.

Once the ST is finished I think we'll see a deeper dive into the post ROTJ lives of the OT heroes. They want to preserve some mystery for the films I'm sure, but sadly no one is getting younger. You have Mark Hamill - one of the best voice actors alive in any case - use him. Nothing about this premise for Resistance excites me. I don't mind it, and the animated shows always deliver something special. I'm sure Resistance will be the forum where we get a lot of the things we wanted in the ST - who is Snoke? Phasma=BAD ASS and etc. - that we didn't get in the films.

I got the Wampa last night and love it. I wonder if they considered doing him in a vintage box, or if we'll see one as an exclusive later this year (suddenly realizes how all of this works).   

Pretty much everyone has reset for Solo around here. Vintage is spotty. Rey and Hoth Soldier are MIA. Mimban Stormtrooper. 6 inch Tarkin. And the Wampa, though I lucked out and found him at Target tonight. Enjoy this little line a lot so far.

I think he is. Mudtrooper might be my favorite new variant. Very cool.

Occurs to me now seeing the new trailer, that may not be Chewie with Muddy Han. Probably is, but is skinner than Chewie seems to be otherwise and we know there's another Wookie in that scene now.
