Well based on what we know so far it would be easy to speculate about the release. I personally think that they will be released like a normal series but with double sized individual boxes to accommodate the jabba and AT-ST pieces. As for case sizes I guess the 12/24 sizes wouldn't be too much of a problem.

I just hope that the jabba/AT-ST pieces are consistent in each individual box and that chases don't foul them up either.

I'm excited about the AT-ST.

Good to know I'm not alone.

I think its great they they are taking these Kubricks to unchartered territories!

Well the Speeder bike sets charted some of Kubytopia, so we're long over due for more vehicles etc.

What a bizarre wave of negativity towards the AT-ST  :(

I still haven't heard any updates about the Ghostbusters that were announced, what, last October??

I think you'll find it was June!!!

They better not do Ree-Yees as a chase figure for this set!

Oola seems possible too but I'm not so bothered.

Yeah I mentioned about R2D2's feet being sandy but I'm beginning to think it's shadow or something. As for C3PO I can't see anything different about him and I think he may just be there to create a "Tatooine Two Pack" (assuming R2D2 is sand covered).

I think some one said the arm was from a bearbrick two pack and thus I now have officially no interest.

So the AT-ST could be broken down this way.

2 pieces for the feet

2 pieces for the legs

2 pieces from main body which may come apart.

Yeah posted this pic in the parco thread but to me it looks like R2D2 has sand on his "feet"

Also is that a clone troopers arm on the left?

So the figs will have a piece of Jabba.

This is how it looks to be broken down.

3 pieces of his throne

1 piece of his tail to mid waist

1 piece of his head and arms

1 piece of his Hookah

I'd still like to see the original Japanese that was alluded to earlier to see if I can glean some more info about these.

These deluxe sets are going to cost the earth. I can only hope they pack them in such a way that reduces the price.

HOLY CRAP CRUMB!!!!!!!!!!

358
Now you see that looks ok because it looks like they intended to do it. The kubrick version looks like a production error.

359
Oh yes missed that below the picture :P

Makes it look a bit stupid in my opinion but then I've never had much respect for Hasbro.

Is it me or is the lightsaber sticking out the top of the bubble?
